Jerome Jeffers

I am a pioneer and first-mover in the building enclosure consulting field. My first project in this field was a roofing replacement project for the Brevard County School Board in 1978.

I completed this project while working for my father’s architectural firm before graduating from high school. At the age of 17, I researched products, edited specifications, and produced construction details. This project essentially started my successful consulting career, which has continued to this day.

I have held various leadership roles during my career, including managing project teams, leading regional offices, corporate design management, and being a principal and owner.

Embracing the role of mentor, I’m passionately committed to empowering our young professionals, transforming their potential into mastery and career satisfaction.
